Consew 199R Single-Needle, Drop-Feed Zig-Zag Lockstitch Machine (Stitch Type 2A)

The Consew 199R is a single-needle, drop-feed zig-zag lockstitch machine with a horizontal axis transverse rotary hook, reverse feed, and combination zig-zag and straight stitch function. This package includes a fully assembled table and servo motor for precision and variable speed control.

199R-Series Stitches

• Stitch Type 1A: 2-step / 1-stitch zig-zag – For edge sewing, patch sewing, applique work, and binding on materials such as leather, vinyl, canvas, cloth, lace, and similar.
• Stitch Type 2A: 3-step / 2-stitch zig-zag (Currently Viewing) – For sewing elastic and stretch materials, ornamental stitching, and reinforced stitching on canvas, vinyl, leather, synthetics, tents, sails, parachutes, truck covers, and similar products. Also suitable for rope tacking operations.
• Stitch Type 3A: 4-step / 3-stitch zig-zag – Performs similar operations as Stitch 2A with an added stitch for extra reinforcement.
