The Pfaff Ambition 610 arrived through shipping that was a lot better than I expected. The machine was packed very securely with protective materials all around, so there was no damage or scratches when it reached my doorstep.
Delivery went efficiently and on schedule — I appreciated the regular updates from the seller letting me know where the package was at each step. Unboxing was smooth, and everything inside was exactly as described.
Overall, the shipping experience gave me confidence, especially for such a big machine. Highly recommended if you want a reliable sewing and quilting machine and a trustworthy delivery process.
